31 03 2007Both Jaye and Karla May posted links to the fascinating world of Brenda Dickson, and I am hooked.
Ms. Dickson has lived quite the life:
- Remember Jill Abbott the First?
- But Brenda wasn’t just a soap star. She invited us all into her house in her video series, “Welcome To My Home”. In Part 1, Brenda dispenses fashion and makeup advice, modeling many of her own loverly outfits. Part 2 explains how to kiss and keep your lipstick fresh.
- Brenda’s skills didn’t stop at the makeup mirror. In this issue of TV Day Stars from 1975, (available for one more day on YahooAuctions), Brenda explains that “women’s rights are hurting our men.” (2 pgs. with 4 photos). She was, like, a rockin’ non-feminist.
- And today? Brenda’s Back. She’s outta jail (read all about it), totally blond, and looking fine.
Wow. Reading the stuff about being in prison in Hawaii, it sounds almost as if she’s still in a soap opera!
